In Hotel Hofer, everyone is fully committed to ensuring you enjoy a great holiday. The proprietor Thomas heads the kitchen and his wife Elisabeth takes care of the rest.
Every evening, we serve typical specialities from South Tyrol, Italy and other countries. The ingredients come from the hotel garden or farmhouses in the surrounding area. It is important for us to use only regional products and foods of the highest quality, as we believe that only good ingredients make a good meal.
During the summer, we organise BBQ evenings and during the autumn season, there are Törggele parties on offer. Our little guests are spoilt with a variety of kid’s dishes.
