Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations must be made in writing. (email, letter or fax) 
  • Booking cancellations - international cancellation conditions apply:
    1. For booking cancellations received at least 1 month in advance no penalty is charged, after which 50% of the total price is deducted.
    2. If you arrive late or need to leave earlier than anticipated, we will charge 70% of the daily rate as described in our booking confirmation, for the booked days you did not stay.
  • On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready from 2 p.m. 
  • On the day of departure, you will need to leave the room at 10 a.m. 
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm certain room numbers. Nonetheless, we will do our best to comply with your wishes. 
  • Our hotel is non-smoking. Please smoke on the balcony or outdoors.
